Carla Seddon is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the recruitment industry. Prior to CooperVision, Carla worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Natures Way Foods, focusing on the food manufacturing sector, and gained experience as a Recruitment Executive at Dynamite Recruitment Solutions, which specializes in diverse sectors. Carla's career began at Adecco as a Recruitment Consultant after starting as a Recruitment Administrator. Carla holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification in Learning and Development from Chichester College and a BA (Hons) in Interior Design from Solent University, along with A Levels and GCSEs from Chichester High School institutions.
