He previously held the title of Senior Vice President, Global Marketing, leading and evolving the Global Marketing function during a period of significant growth. Previously, while serving as Vice President, Marketing, North America, Seshadri launched the company’s Brilliant Futures™ Myopia Management Program with MiSight® 1 Day. Prior to that he served as Senior Director, Global Marketing, and had responsibility for the company's flagship Biofinity® brand. Before joining CooperVision in 2014, Simon held a variety of marketing leadership roles at Boots Healthcare, Philips Oral Healthcare, Bausch + Lomb, and GE Healthcare, and has worked in the US, Europe, and the Asia Pacific.
