Brittany Rumph

Brittany Rumph is a dedicated education professional with extensive experience in leadership and specialized roles within the educational sector. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Innova Girls Academy Charter School since August 2022 and as a Practice Transformation Consultant at Coordinated Care Services, Inc. since October 2021, Brittany has demonstrated a commitment to improving educational outcomes. Previous roles include Special Education Specialist at Children's Therapy Network, Program Director at ROC City Learning Pods, and Fellow with BES, which supports leadership development in underserved communities. Brittany also held the positions of Instructional Leader & Teacher at Rochester Prep Charter School and TLaC Fellow with Teach Like a Champion. Brittany holds a Master of Education in Inclusive Early Childhood Education from Nazareth University and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Arts for Children from SUNY Brockport.
