Gloria leads the Account Management team responsible for maintaining and growing their relationship with CTS’s Medicaid/Medicare plan partners (health insurance plans), and also co-leads their Strategic Planning process. She has over 30 years of experience in not-for-profit, corporate and academic sectors focused on public health, insurance/financial wellness, as well as international development, relief and justice programs. She uses her collaborative skills, strong project management and leadership abilities to solve problems for plan partners and gets results by identifying needs and designing actionable plans to implement strategic objectives.
