Serena Treworgy is an experienced manager and consultant in health education and nutrition with a diverse background in various roles. Currently serving as a Manager at Cōpare since June 2017, Serena has also held managerial positions at EMP 180 from 2017 to March 2022 and at Inova Health System as a Health Educator from June 2016 to March 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a Weight Loss Consultant at Physicians Weight Loss Centers and a Nutrition and Wellness Consultant at Golds Gym, where Serena focused on educating clients about proper nutrition and fitness. Earlier in the career, Serena managed commercial properties with DCMI-Midatlantic and O'Roark Asset Management, and started as an Administrative Assistant. Serena holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from West Virginia University and a certificate in Paralegal Studies from Laurel Ridge Community College.

Cope provides nutrition programs and virtual services. The virtual program starts with an initial consultation with one of their health coaches. They will connect with clients over video because they still want to meet clients one-on-one and face-to-face. During their first meeting, they spend time getting to know the client and understanding theirreasons for embarking on this journey. From there, they will develop a nutrition plan that’s personalized to meet their unique needs. Macronutrients refer to the balance of proteins, healthy fats, and carbohydrates, the primary components of a healthy diet.
