Based in Louisiana, Al Copeland Investments, LLC.  was founded by the late Al Copeland,Sr.,the renowned restaurateur who founded Popeye’s Famous Fried Chicken in 1972 and opened the first Copeland's of New Orleans in 1983.  

Today, the restaurant division continues to expand and currently consists of 7 concepts that include 24 locations spread throughout the United States southern region. The restaurants range from full service to fast casual and unified by the family's tradition to serve an authentic,hometown New Orleans taste and ambiance to guests who enjoy truly exceptional food and hospitality.
