Poula Helth

Poula Helth is an accomplished professional with a strong background in organizational change and leadership within the public sector in Denmark. Currently serving as an external lecturer at both Copenhagen Business Academy and Københavns Professionshøjskole, Poula has also been a consultant and coach with Nyt Lederskab since April 2000. Previous experience includes a lecturer role at the Technical University of Denmark from January 2003 to March 2023, where Poula coordinated a module on Personal Leadership, and taught in a communication module. In addition, a research project at Copenhagen Business School focused on enhancing leadership through aesthetic leadership practices. Early career roles included senior consultant positions at KL and KPMG, and a CEO role in a Danish municipality. Educational qualifications include an MSc in political science from Roskilde University and a PhD from Copenhagen Business School.
