Simon Gundersen

Simon Gundersen is the CEO and Co-founder of Casefair, a company established in 2018 that specializes in providing digital platforms and consultancy services for data-driven recruitment. This innovative approach aims to reduce the costs and improve the quality of candidates by utilizing validated case tasks as assessment tools. In addition to leadership at Casefair, Simon is an External Lecturer at Copenhagen Business School, focusing on data-driven recruitment and assessment methods in enterprise settings. Previous roles include Inventory & Procurement Analyst at Danish Pharmacies and Co-founder of normii, which specialized in producing and selling unique babynests. Simon holds multiple degrees from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, including two master's degrees in Economics and Psychology and two bachelor's degrees in the same fields.
