Erin Eddy

Erin’s role is Purchasing Manager for Cope’s centralized procurement team. Her main responsibility is servicing all internal and external customers. She enjoys the family atmosphere at Cope Plastics that extends outside the organization to include our partners. Erin is passionate about improving our processes to find new efficiencies for Cope’s partners, customers, and team members. A self-described extroverted introvert, Erin spends her time away from work riding horses, watching her son play high school sports, and being “Horse Show Mom” for her daughter who competes at a National Level.
