Ray Henger is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector and finance. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Copia Power since April 2022, Ray previously held the position of Chief Development Officer at Sol Systems from September 2021 to February 2022 and at sPower from August 2015 to March 2021, where leadership of a 70-person team focused on long-term strategy and development of renewable projects was crucial. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at OwnEnergy after a 14-year investment banking career, which included roles at Credit Suisse and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Ray Henger holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
