Andrew Renfroe

Andrew Renfroe is an experienced professional in Agile management and product operations, currently serving as Agile Manager, Product Operations Manager, and Analytics Manager at CoPilot since April 2021. Andrew has held multiple roles in Agile coaching and program management, guiding product development teams in Agile practices and serving as Scrum Master for diverse teams across software, business intelligence, DevOps, and engineering. Prior to CoPilot, Andrew worked at Luxer One as Senior Scrum Master and Product Operations Lead, and at CooperVision as Project Manager and Scrum Master, where effective leadership was demonstrated across various projects. Andrew's career began with significant military experience in the US Army, managing personnel and assets, which laid a foundation for strong leadership and operational skills. Andrew holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Folsom Lake College.
