Chandra Bornstein has over twenty years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry. From 1995-1997, they worked as the Marketing Manager for Kidstar Interactive Media Inc., where they created marketing partnerships and drove membership increase of 30%. In 1997, they were an Internet Strategy Consultant for SoftBank and a Marketing Project Manager for Bindertek. From 1998-2002, they were the Director of Client Results for Avenue A (now Razorfish), where they successfully managed a 20-member team and exceeded revenue goals. From 2002-2004, they were a Consultant for Atlas (currently a division of Facebook). From 2004-2015, they were the SVP of Media & Advertising Services, National at Razorfish, where they provided leadership and direction to 150+ people and managed $400M in media spend. Finally, from 2015-2017, they were a Leadership & Career Coach for Sageland Leadership, where they helped people and organizations succeed.

Chandra Bornstein holds a Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Science and Leadership Institute from Bastyr University and a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz. In addition, they have obtained four certifications: a Collective Leadership Profile from The Leadership Circle in December 2019, a Leadership Circle Profile from The Leadership Circle in December 2019, a CNTC, Certified NeuroTransformational Coach from Beabove Leadership in October 2019, and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in May 2016.
