David Hughes has worked in various roles since 2009. David began their career as a Consulting Analyst at Accenture, where they were promoted to Consulting Manager. David then moved to Aetna, a CVS Health Company, as a Technical Project Manager. In 2012, they joined Exelon as a Technical Project Manager and in 2013, they moved to bp as a Product Manager. In 2015, they joined Point B as a Management Consultant and in 2018, they joined PDC Energy, Inc. as a Strategy Org Design/Innovation Framework Implementation and Compliance Program Manager. In 2019, they joined Charles Schwab as a Sr. Program Manager Automation and in 2020, they joined T-Mobile as a Product Manager and Coppei as a Management Consultant. David also joined the University of Washington in 2020 as a Sr. Technical Program Manager.
David Hughes attended Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business from 2004 to 2008, studying Finance. David also participated in a Study Abroad program at Universidad Internacional in 2007. In 2022, they obtained a SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. and a Databricks Lakehouse Fundamentals Accreditation from Databricks. Additionally, they hold an Organizational Design Certificate from Cornell University.
