Poonam Dave

Poonam Dave is an experienced educator and school leader currently serving as the Senior Director of Learning for Years 7-11 at Copthall School since April 2016, where responsibilities also include leading the Year 10 Director of Learning and STEM Scholarship Programme. Prior to this role, Poonam held positions such as Assistant Programme Lead and Senior Mentor at The Challenge, and Pastoral Behaviour Manager at Broomfield School, focusing on supporting students with emotional, social, and behavioral difficulties. Earlier career roles include Pastoral Manager and Intervention Lead at Copland Community School, Examinations and Data Manager at St Anne's Catholic High School for Girls, Consultant Exams Manager at Haggerston School, and Examinations Officer at Pimlico Academy. Poonam holds an MA in Education with a focus on Inclusive Leadership from the University of Buckingham, along with a CELTA qualification from Hammersmith College and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Queen Mary, University of London.
