Flora Pensé has a diverse work experience history. Flora started their career as a Molecular Biology Technician at Ecole de Biologie Industrielle in 2009. Flora then interned in the Quality department at Léa Nature in 2010. Flora also worked as an Intern in Sensorial Analysis at Clarins in 2011, where they coordinated consumer tests and supervised a panel of experts. Flora also worked as a Microbiology Laboratory Technician at Ecole biologique industrielle in 2011, setting up protocols and conducting tests.

In 2013, Flora worked in cosmetics formulation at Universidade de São Paulo, where they gained experience in formulating cosmetic products. Flora then interned at Unilever in 2014 as an R&D Intern in Hair Discover, leading experimental design and analyzing the effects of dyes on hair.

Flora later joined GAC Group (France) in 2015 as a Scientific Consultant, where they provided consulting services and worked on business development tasks. Flora moved to Luxasia in 2016 as a Retail Innovation Coordinator, leading projects to innovate and develop new concepts for beauty retailing. Flora also helped develop an app to assist customers in choosing fragrances that suit them.

In 2017, Flora joined Coptis as a Technical Sales Engineer, providing software solutions to cosmetic R&D laboratories. Flora was later promoted to Head of Sales - EMEA, where they managed a team and coordinated innovative projects on artificial intelligence.

Flora Pensé has a diverse education history. Flora earned a Bachelor's degree in Sciences and techniques of laboratory from Lycée Jean-Monnet in 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they attended IUT Génie Biologique, La Rochelle, where they obtained a Laboratory superior technician degree in Agro-food and biology Sciences. In 2011, they pursued further education at École de Biologie Industrielle and completed an Engineer's degree specializing in Bio-industries - Conception and development in 2014. Flora then enrolled in Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, where they completed a specialized master's degree in Innovation management and business development from 2015 to 2016. Alongside their formal education, Flora obtained additional certifications while studying at École de Biologie Industrielle. In May 2013, they earned a Certificat Panéliste en Analyse Sensorielle, and in February 2013, they received a Certificate of achievement in Inventiveness and Creativity Methods, including TRIZ and USIT, from Active Innovation Management by IKOS.

COPTIS specializes in the development of performance software solutions for Cosmetic R&D Laboratories. Coptis LAB, our major product, is a PLM SOFTWARE designed for formulation development and global regulatory compliance.
