Justin Harper

Justin Harper, Ph.D., currently serves as a School Psychologist at CORA Services, a position held since August 2023, following a year as a School Psychology Intern at the same organization. Harper has extensive experience in educational leadership and operations, including roles as Senior Director of Operations at Relay Graduate School of Education, where collaboration with faculty and national leadership was key to enhancing teacher preparation, and as Director of Operations at Simon Gratz Mastery Charter High School, where significant academic and operational improvements were achieved. Additional experience includes managing transitions for students from the juvenile justice system to educational settings at Baltimore City Public Schools and various research and leadership roles throughout a robust educational career, culminating in a Ph.D. in School Psychology from Temple University.
