Sérgio Monteiro

Sérgio Monteiro is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in platform engineering, enterprise architecture, and software development. Currently serving as Head of Platform Engineering at Cora since April 2025, Sérgio previously held the position of Chief Enterprise Architect at Grupo Fleury, where collaboration with internal clients helped define technological strategies and solutions. As CTO at Easy Carros, Sérgio oversaw technology strategies and product development, also supporting HR restructuring. With a strong background in agile methodologies, software architecture, and technology strategy, Sérgio has contributed to multiple organizations, including founding roles at Yubi and Core Factory, and a range of managerial positions at Ticket and J&W Informática. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Ibmec and various certifications in agile practices and service design.
