Laura Lower has a diverse and extensive background in human resources and hospitality management. Laura'smost recent position is as the Director of People Services at CoralTree Hospitality, where they oversee a team of 3500 members dedicated to providing exceptional service to guests, owners, and fellow team members. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director at Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center, where they managed employee housing and benefit programs. Laura also held roles as the Area Director of People Services at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Two Roads Hospitality, and as the Director of Human Resources at Viceroy Snowmass, Destination Hotels, and Destination Residences Snowmass. In addition, Laura has experience in teaching as an Adjunct Instructor at the Community College of Vermont. Laura began their career at Gemstone Hotels & Resorts, LLC, where they served as the Director of Experience and later as the Director of Organizational Development & Training. Laura has a strong background in the hospitality industry and a proven track record in managing and developing people-focused programs.
Laura Lower has a Master of Science degree in Management (MSM) with a focus on Organizational Training & Development from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business. Laura also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication and Business Management from East Texas Baptist University.
