Miguel Frias CHFE has a extensive work experience as a Director of Engineering in various hospitality companies. Miguel began their career in 2011 at the Ritz Carlton Lodge Reynolds Plantation, where they worked until 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they held the same role at Dorado Beach a Ritz Carlton Reserve. In 2016, they joined Marriott Vacation Worldwide as Director of Engineering until 2019. Miguel then moved to the Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort & Spa, where they again served as Director of Engineering from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are working at CoralTree Hospitality as Director Of Engineering.
Miguel Frias CHFE holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics from Cal State Long Beach, Los Angeles City College, and Andrew Jackson High. Miguel also obtained certification as a Certified Engineering Operations Executive from the American Hotel & Lodging Association in July 2012.
