Nancy Kern has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Nancy began their career with Vail Valley Tourism and Convention Bureau, where they held positions as Visitor Services Manager and Special Events Manager from 1997 to 2002. Kern then worked at the Boulder Convention and Visitors Bureau as the Public Relations and Projects Manager from 2003 to 2005, where they successfully implemented a PR plan and garnered significant media coverage. Nancy joined Destination Hotels in 2005 and held various positions, including Assistant VP of Marketing and Assistant Vice President of Loyalty Marketing and CRM. During their time at Destination Hotels, Kern implemented a new soft brand strategy, managed marketing collateral, and developed strategic partnerships. Nancy then joined Two Roads Hospitality in 2016, where they served as AVP Loyalty Marketing and CRM and later as Vice President Loyalty Marketing and CRM, successfully driving profitability to the portfolio. Currently, Kern is Vice President of Marketing at CoralTree Hospitality, where they lead marketing efforts and delivers memorable experiences at properties in diverse locations.
Nancy Kern attended the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Tourism and Marketing.
