Yuan also held the position of Assistant Front Office Manager at Renaissance Asheville Hotel, assisting in front office operations and ensuring top-notch customer service. In a shorter tenure at Element Hotels as Assistant General Manager, Yuan oversaw multiple departments and managed hiring and training efforts. Prior experience includes serving as Front Desk Supervisor at Old Edwards Hospitality Group from March 2021 to October 2022.
