Ross has been with the company since January 2004 and is responsible for the daily operations of the consulting division. Ross also has a background in nursing, having worked as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in CV Surgery at Cleveland Clinic from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, Ross is a member of the planning committee at ACHE of Western PA and has served on the Board Of Directors as Secretary at Pittsburgh Musical Theater. Ross earned their MSN in Nursing - Acute/Critical Care from Case Western Reserve University.
