Michael N. Roth brings over 13 years of dedicated leadership as Director of Campus Safety at Corban University in Salem, Oregon, where he has overseen security operations since 2012. With a robust background that includes prior service as a police officer, he has developed a practical approach to public safety, managing emergency protocols and leading teams with a focus on operational excellence and servant leadership.
Michael holds a Master of Science in Public Safety Administration, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from Corban University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, with his dissertation exploring resilience through suffering as preparation for Christian leadership.
Beyond his professional role, Michael serves on the Marion County Sheriff’s Office Community Advisory Committee and the K-12/Higher Education Emergency Management Committee under the Oregon Emergency Management Association (OEMA), contributing to community and educational safety efforts. Married to Trina for 25 years this August 2025, he is a proud father to four adult children. His career is driven by a passion for creating safe, supportive environments through strategic leadership and service.
