Gina Blackley

Gina Blackley, CPA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions integration, currently serving as the Director of M&A Integration at Cordance since October 2022. In this role, Gina developed an end-to-end integration playbook and led strategic and tactical integration processes, managing cross-functional teams and providing critical financial input for business case development. Prior to Cordance, Gina spent over 13 years at IBM, where significant positions included Corporate Development M&A Integration Manager and Corporate Fixed Asset Accounting Manager, managing complex integrations and leading large teams. Gina holds a Master's degree in Accounting from North Carolina State University, earned between 1996 and 2001.
