David Aherne

David Aherne is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in operations and strategy. Currently serving as Head of SC Planning, Products & Strategy at Cordavis since May 2025, Aherne previously held several leadership roles at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from December 2013 to April 2025, including Senior Director of Operations Business Strategy and Interim Head of Global Distribution & Logistics for the Rare Disease Unit. Prior to this, Aherne's experience includes key positions at Danone Dairy and PRL Group. Aherne holds two Master of Science degrees in Strategic Management & Planning and Business Leadership & Management Practice from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, along with a Leaving Certificate from Newbridge College.
