Rob Kemp

Rob Kemp is Principal with Cordia Resources and is based out of the Rockville, MD, office. He is responsible for business development and client management in the Maryland, Virginia and DC region. Rob brings more than 20 years of professional experience in the areas of accounting, finance and administrative staffing, C-Suite business development, and auditing with two public accounting firms.

Prior to joining Cordia, Rob served as a vice president with one of the world’s largest staffing firms. He was solely responsible for the management and growth of enterprise-level accounts with organizations headquartered in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Rob worked in a highly collaborative and strategic environment which produced customized solutions for his clients’ accounting and finance goals and initiatives.

Rob was born and raised in Montgomery County, MD. He graduated from Providence College (Go Friars!) with a degree in Accountancy, and currently resides in North Potomac, MD, with his wife, Brooks, and his two children, Bobby and Josie. Rob is an avid sports fan, enjoys playing golf, and spending time at the beach.
