Jill Evers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and retail buying. Currently serving as Lead Talent Partner at Cordova since November 2020, Evers previously held the position of Sr. IT Recruiter at Diversified Solutions from May 2017 to November 2020. Evers began a career in retail as a Buyer of Misses and Juniors Fashion Plus Apparel at Gordmans from October 2012 to May 2017, following significant roles as Category Manager/Buyer at Pamida, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple categories such as Home, Lawn and Garden, and Grocery, from July 2001 to September 2012. Evers' career began at Target as an Executive Team Relations Leader from June 2000 to July 2001. Evers holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and International Business from Creighton University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
