Jamie Hall

Jamie Hall has over two decades of experience in operations and client engagement, primarily with Core BTS since February 2004. Jamie has held various key roles including Operations System Manager, Sr. Engagement Manager, and Engagement Manager, focusing on support coordination and project management across regional service delivery teams. Earlier experience includes serving as Support Coordinator, where Jamie facilitated project and ad-hoc support for the Mid-Atlantic Region, and as an Inside Sales Representative, which involved client account management and event coordination. Prior to Core BTS, Jamie worked at DataSys Technologies as an Inside Sales/Service Administrator, supporting sales and service teams in an IT consulting environment.
