Wade Pynes

Wade Pynes currently serves as the Chief Audit Executive and Controller at CORE Electric Cooperative since January 2023. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at Yampa Valley Electric Association from September 2021 to December 2022 and at DMEA - Delta-Montrose Electric Association from August 2017 to September 2021. Wade has also held the position of Vice President Finance at Continental Divide Electric Cooperative and worked in finance and operations at Varagon Capital Partners. Earlier career experience includes serving as Controller and Senior Portfolio Accountant at Kleinheinz Capital Partners. Wade holds a Dual B.B.A in Finance and Accounting from Texas Tech University and a Master's in Legal Studies from the University of Arizona.
