Cara Tourand, an experienced educational consultant, has worked at CORE Learning since September 2022. Prior to that, Cara served as an instructional facilitator at Tacoma Public Schools from September 2013 to August 2022. With a background in elementary education, Cara also worked as an elementary educator at Franklin Pierce School District from September 1999 to July 2013. Cara holds a Master's of Education in Teacher Leadership and Coaching from Walden University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Washington. Additionally, Cara completed their Teacher Certification in Elementary Education and Teaching at the University of Washington Tacoma.
