Sara Buckerfield Veloz is the owner of Buckerfield Educational Consulting, Inc., where Sara provides professional development, program consultation, and instructional coaching to administrators and K-12 teachers. Sara has also worked as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Sacramento County Office of Education, an Educational Consultant—Literacy at Consortium on Reaching Excellence in Education (CORE), and in curriculum development at Whole Phonics, LLC. Previously, Sara was a Product Consultant at Sopris West Educational Services and held various roles at Sacramento City Unified School District. Sara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Child Development from California State University-Sacramento and a Master's Degree in Education with an emphasis in Literacy from National University.
