Barry Howard

Barry is a 10-year veteran of the real estate industry and is Chief Sustainability Officer of Core Spaces. Barry focuses on the strategy and implementation of the company's environmental, social, and governance strategy that is integral to developing the company’s financial growth around its sustainability efforts.

Barry began his career at Accenture as a strategy consultant in the financial services sector. This consulting experience was leveraged to implement financial structure for over $500 million of real estate developments and $200 million of general contracting projects. Barry was a partner and CFO for LG Construction + Development and has been with Core Spaces since its inception.

Barry graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. Barry further received a Master in Business Administration in Entrepreneurial and Real Estate Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
