Benjamin Modleski provides critical insights on industry and market performance as the company expands its foothold in the student housing, multifamily and single-family rental sectors.

Ben has been with Core since its inception. Before joining the company, he held positions with several large owners and operators of student housing where he was both responsible for and very successful in their portfolio growth and maximization of asset values. Ben started his student housing career while still a student at Pennsylvania State University where he went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Management. He further received a Master’s degree in Business Administration in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
