Ali Nimer

Ali Nimer has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ali is currently the Chief Client and Growth Officer at Core42, where they are responsible for client relationships and driving growth. In 2022, they founded their own company, Zeros & Ones LLC, as a Founder & Partner. Prior to that, they worked at NEXT50 as the Vice President of Digital Transformation, Delivery & Commercial, and at Miral as the Executive Director of Digital & Technology. Ali also held the role of Strategy Advisor to the Director General & Head of Digital Excellence Office at Abu Dhabi Digital Authority (ADDA), where they played a key role in driving the digital agenda of the Abu Dhabi government. Earlier in their career, Ali served in various leadership positions at Miral, Microsoft, IRENA, and Masdar, where they specialized in digital and technology strategy, government solutions, and renewable energy.

Ali Nimer has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology, completed from 1996 to 2001. Ali then obtained a Diploma at Professional Level in Project Management from the University of Cambridge from 2007 to 2009. Ali further pursued their education by earning an MBA in Leadership & Sustainability from the University of Cumbria from 2011 to 2013. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Leading the Way in Public Sector from the London Business School in the year 2016.
