Bill Cole is an experienced professional in information technology and program management, currently serving as Associate Vice President of Expeditionary Enterprise Solutions at Core4ce since October 2021. Prior to this role, Bill spent over a decade at SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic, where responsibilities included leading the Defense Health Readiness Engineering IPT and managing the DOD Electronic Health Record as the TMIP-M Program Manager. Bill also contributed to medical software development as a Project Manager for the Navy Electronic Health Record Afloat. In addition to extensive professional experience, Bill is a Life Member of the Blackwater Volunteer Rescue Squad and holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science from Park College, alongside a Program Management Level 3 certification from Defense Acquisition University.
