Suzanne Ritter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education, coaching, and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Core4ce since March 2021, Suzanne has also held roles as Employee Engagement Project Manager and Learning & Facilitation Consultant. As the Owner & Coach of The 360 Parent since 2014, Suzanne provides private and group coaching to support parents. In addition, Suzanne has been a Certified Parent Educator for the Parent Encouragement Program since 2009, facilitating educational programs rooted in Adlerian psychology. Previous roles include Co-Owner and VP at Outcome Advisors, Inc., and various positions in educational research, marketing, and teaching. Suzanne holds an MA in Education Policy and Leadership from The George Washington University and a BA in Professional Writing from Carnegie Mellon University, along with certifications in parenting education and professional coaching.
