Chris Lebano

Chris Lebano is an experienced professional specializing in operational and non-financial risk management. Currently serving as Assistant Director at Corebridge Financial since September 2022, Chris is responsible for the implementation and governance of frameworks related to Incentive Compensation and Emerging Risks. Previously, at AIG, Chris enhanced the Global RCSA Framework and acted as Risk Officer for Corporate Functions. With a significant tenure at Citi from 1999 to 2018, Chris held various leadership roles, including Operational Risk Group Manager and Senior Project Manager, driving improvements in operational processes and client delivery systems. Chris holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Business Management from Stony Brook University.
