Olga Monroy

Olga Monroy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at Corebridge Financial since October 2022, Olga previously held the position of Internal Audit Managing Director for Retirement Services and Operations at AIG from August 2020 to September 2022, where leadership was provided to audit teams for AIG Life and Retirement. Prior to AIG, Olga was an Internal Audit Director at Ernst and Young from January 2005 to August 2020 and also worked as a Senior Manager in Advisory Services. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Integration Architect at SofTouch Systems, Inc. from September 2000 to August 2004. Olga holds an MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Oklahoma City University.
