Timothy S. Aebie Aia

Timothy S. Aebie AIA, NCARB, is a highly experienced architect with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Design Project Architect for Real Estate Development at CoreCivic since April 2009, Aebie has extensive expertise in diverse sectors including industrial, government, commercial, high-rise, medical office, religious, and hotel projects. Previous roles include Vice President of Architecture at Ground Floor Engineering and Managing Partner at The Scott Partnership Architecture, where responsibilities included leading a studio and overseeing quality control standards. Aebie began the professional journey as a Project Coordinator at Wakefield Beasley Architects. Aebie holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Design from the University of Florida.
