Senior Director of Open Source at Corelight

Kelley brings deep experience in growing and leading open source communities, from her tenures at the Tor Project and Open Information Security Foundation (OISF), where she served as president and executive director for 10 years. While at OISF, Kelley led Corelight's onboarding to the OISF consortium, which enabled the integration of Suricata into the Corelight product suite. She is also the founder and CEO of Sightline Security, a cybersecurity nonprofit organization with a mission to empower nonprofits to navigate and embed cybersecurity into their organizations, and she is a sought-after global speaker bringing complex security principles to business and non-technical audiences. In addition, Kelley serves on the RSA Conference program committee and was a "Cybersecurity Woman of the Year" finalist in 2021. She holds adjunct professorships at both American University and Boston College. Kelley earned her bachelor's degree from Westfield State University, her MBA from Bentley University and her Ph.D. in Cybersecurity from Purdue University.
