Hal Conklin

Hal Conklin currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Sales at Corellium, a position held since October 2023, focusing on recruiting and coaching. Prior to this role, Hal Conklin was the Vice President of Business Development at Lightelligence from September 2022 to September 2023, where emphasis was placed on channel relationships. At Arm, Hal Conklin held multiple roles from January 2015 to September 2022, culminating as the Vice President of Sales, driving vision and strategy for channel sales and managing over $32M in global revenue. As an IP Partner Manager, Hal Conklin integrated the Carbon Design System into the ARM sales organization. Before joining Arm, Hal Conklin was the Worldwide Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Carbon Design Systems and was the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of BlueSteel Solutions, where Hal Conklin led IT management consulting. Hal Conklin earned a BSEE in Circuit Design from San José State University.
