Jim Rice is a Senior Vice President at JLL, enabling others to be more creative, strategic, and purposeful. Additionally, Jim serves as a Faculty member for CoreNet Global's Masters of Corporate Real Estate Program, teaching various workplace strategy classes. Prior to their current roles, Jim held positions at HOK and John Sawyer Architects. Jim holds a Masters in Architecture and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from North Carolina State University.
