Udo Giegerich has been a member of the Management Board of CORESTATE Capital Group since August 1, 2021. As Chief Financial Officer he is responsible for accounting, taxation, controlling, treasury, risk management and investor relations.
After ten years as a management consultant for CFOs at some of the major auditing groups in Frankfurt and Zurich, Udo Giegerich held senior finance positions at OMV, BAWAG and the Federal Real Estate Company in Vienna for eight years. After returning to Germany, he was first CFO of the electricity network operator 50hertz for five years and then Executive VP Group Finance and Investor Relations at Uniper. He has extensive experience in the international financial and capital market, the transformation and management of companies, process optimization and in IT and digitization.
Udo Giegerich has a diploma in Business Mathematics from the Albert Einstein University in Ulm.
