Alan Canarick

Alan Canarick is an experienced legal professional specializing in commercial leasing and real estate development. Currently serving as Lead Counsel at CoreWeave since February 2024, Canarick is focused on legal matters for a specialized cloud platform. Prior to this role, Canarick was Sr. Counsel at Curinos for a brief period in late 2023 and spent over six years at MetLife as Senior Counsel, where responsibilities included providing legal support for diverse commercial transactions and real estate operations. Earlier experience includes serving as Counsel at White and Williams LLP, representing life insurance companies and real estate developers, and holding the position of Asset Manager at Rialto Capital Management.
