Ernie Rogers

Ernie Rogers is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various financial institutions. Currently serving as the Chief Architect of Strategic Financing at CoreWeave since June 2025, Ernie previously held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Magnetar Capital from November 2005 to June 2025. Additionally, Ernie was a member of the Board of Directors and Board Observer at CoreWeave from October 2021 to March 2025. Prior to these roles, Ernie was the Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for the Quantitative Strategies Fund at Black River Asset Management from 2004 to November 2005, overseeing all operational aspects of the fund. Ernie holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Financial Management from Kansas State University, earned between 1992 and 1996.
