Annie Thoms

Annie Thoms, CPA, CA, currently serves as the VP of Finance at Cormorant Utility Services, where responsibilities have included roles as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, Corporate Controller, and PowerTel Controller since January 2022. Prior experience includes acting as Senior Manager of Finance and Accounting Supervisor at Science North & Dynamic Earth from November 2020 to January 2022, and serving as Controller at Southside Chevrolet Buick GMC from August 2017 to November 2020. Annie began their career as a Senior Staff Accountant at Welch LLP from January 2012 to December 2016, followed by a role as Staff Accountant at FCR | Freelandt Caldwell Reilly LLP in early 2017. Annie holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Ottawa, completed in 2013.
