Frank Sibilla has over 38 years of professional experience in finance and accounting. Frank began their career in 1983 as a Senior Accountant at KPMG. In 1985, they moved to International Playtex Inc. as a Financial Analyst, where they created budgets and analyzed variances for each foreign business unit. In 1986, they joined National Westminster Bancorp Inc. as an Accounting Officer, eventually becoming a Vice President in 1991. In 1996, they moved to Royal Bank of Scotland PLC (formerly National Westminster Bank PLC) as a Vice President and Controller, managing a staff of fourteen. In 2001, they joined Zenfinity, Inc. as the Director of Finance, Treasurer and Secretary. Frank then moved to Leapstone Systems, Inc. as Senior Director of Finance and was responsible for the entire finance function of the start-up company. In 2008, they joined Enpirion, Inc. as the Accounting Controller and was responsible for the entire financial control function. In 2014, they joined American Cash Exchange, Inc. as the VP Finance & Administration, Secretary & Treasurer. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Cornelis Networks as the Controller, reporting directly to the CEO and responsible for the entire financial control function.

Frank Sibilla obtained their Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Suffolk County Community College in 1981. Frank then attended Pace University where they received their Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting in 1983. In 1987, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant certification from the New York State Education Department.
