Matthew Williams

Matthew Williams is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Field CTO at Cornelis Networks since February 2025 and CTO at UNN Ltd since June 2015, William's expertise includes consulting on product and intellectual property strategies. As a founding board member of LiveQoS, Williams played a crucial role in developing innovative mobile and wide area networking solutions. Previous positions include CTO at Cerio, where Williams led a disruptive networking technology from stealth to market launch, and CEO at HelioBright, focusing on advanced energy management solutions. Williams began a career as a Systems Engineer at Newbridge Networks and has also held marketing and advisory roles at Akara and L-SPARK. Williams holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University.
