Mame Diara Ndiaye

Mame Diara Ndiaye currently serves as the Associate Director of Inclusive Enrollment at Cornell University and as a United Nations Consultant for the Economic and Social Council, focusing on human rights and advocacy for underrepresented populations. As the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of PAYD (Professional and Advanced Youth Development), Mame specializes in career services and academic development. Previous roles include Social Justice, Equity and Inclusion Coordinator for NODA, Assistant Director for New Student and Transition Programs, and Residence Director at Ithaca College.
