Lawrence N. Sauer

Lawrence N. Sauer, CMCA PCAM CPM, currently serves as the Director of Client Services at Corner Property Management, a real estate management company focused on managing Community Associations across New Jersey since February 2023. Prior to this role, Lawrence worked as a Community Association Management Professional at Taylor Management Company, an Accredited Management Organization and Accredited Association Management Company, from October 2021 to February 2023, contributing to Community Association Management Services throughout New Jersey. Lawrence's extensive experience in the field began as the President and Owner of Professional Association Management Services (PAMS) from August 1988 to October 1995, specializing in managing common interest communities in Monmouth, Ocean, and Middlesex Counties.
